In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall apply throughout:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with fyp805, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
3. You are accessing the Platform from Indonesia, where you have an established place of residence and hold a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk).
4. You are not acting as an agent on behalf of, or for the benefit of, another person.
5. You are not a current employee, director, consultant, or contractor of fyp805, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
6. You have not previously had a fyp805 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
7. You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

fyp805 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within five (5) business days of request may result in account suspension pending verification.

To access the full functionality of the fyp805 Platform, including placing wagers and processing withdrawals, you must register an account and successfully complete KYC verification. The following conditions apply:

• One Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active fyp805 account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, truthful, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. fyp805 reserves the right to verify this information against official identity documents at any stage.
• KYC Documents: Full account activation requires submission of a valid KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) and, where requested, a recent proof of address document such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the previous three (3) months. Additional documentation may be requested in accordance with fyp805's anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must notify fyp805 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Account Transfer: fyp805 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account balance to any other party.

fyp805 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following verified payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.
• Verified Payment Methods Only: Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — from accounts belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• Processing Time: Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited within 1–10 minutes during WIB banking hours. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are processed instantly in most cases.
• Deposit Confirmation: fyp805 issues a transaction reference upon successful deposit confirmation. If a deposit is not reflected in your account balance within 30 minutes, you should contact support with your transaction reference and bank receipt.
• Currency Conversion: fyp805 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All deposits must be in IDR. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your banking provider are your sole responsibility.
• Suspicious Transactions: fyp805 reserves the right to place a hold on any deposit that triggers our internal fr aud-detection systems pending manual review. You will be notified within 24 hours if such a hold is applied to your account.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your KYC verification is complete and your account is in good standing. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

• Wagering Requirement Clearance: Funds originating from Bonus awards may only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before clearing the required rollover will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.
• Withdrawal Limits: fyp805 may apply daily or weekly withdrawal limits to individual accounts. The applicable limits for your account tier are displayed in your account settings. VIP members may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits subject to account manager approval.
• Right to Request Documentation: For withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000 in a single transaction or Rp 50.000.000 within a rolling 30-day period, fyp805 may request additional source-of-funds documentation before releasing the payment.

fyp805 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are governed by the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Members who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. fyp805 reserves the right to exclude specific accounts from promotions at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Each Member is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal. The exact multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x) is stated on each individual promotion. Wagering on certain game types — including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws and some live dealer tables — may not contribute to wagering requirement clearance. • Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses expire after the period stated on the promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically forfeited from the account balance without further notice.
• Abuse Prevention: fyp805 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same market to guarantee a risk-free outcome, systematic low-risk wagering solely to clear rollover, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Accounts found to be abusing the bonus system will have their Bonus Funds voided and may be permanently excluded from future promotions.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum single wager limit of Rp 200.000 applies unless otherwise stated. Wagers exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may be voided.

All wagers placed on the fyp805 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Product-specific rules (e.g., for bandar bola (sports bookmaking), live casino, togel, and slot games) are published separately in the relevant product help sections accessible from within your account.

• Bet Confirmation: A wager is only valid once you have received an on-screen confirmation reference number. Bets that are not confirmed due to a network interruption or system error are not valid, and any stake involved will be returned to your account balance.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by product and market. Current limits are displayed on the bet placement interface at the time of wagering. fyp805 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual markets or accounts without prior notice.
• Odds Changes: For sports betting markets, odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• Voided Bets: fyp805 reserves the right to void any wager where: (a) a manifest error in odds or game outcome has occurred; (b) the event was cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined under the applicable governing rules; (c) the wager was placed in breach of these Terms.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. If any single selection in a mix parlay is voided, that selection is treated as a non-runner and the parlay continues with the remaining legs at adjusted odds. • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with fyp805 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event result being published. Disputes raised outside this window will not be reviewed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fyp805 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment account, or funds to register or transact on the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any illegal financial purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform without prior written authorization from fyp805.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other Members in any game, match, or market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of privileged non-public information when placing wagers.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing fyp805 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any technical protection measure, security system, or access control on the Platform.

All content on the fyp805 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of fyp805 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior express written consent of fyp805. Unauthorized use of fyp805 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fyp805 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether such loss is direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond fyp805's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain credential security as required under Clause 3.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or promotional terms caused by typographical or clerical errors, provided that fyp805 corrects such errors within a reasonable time upon becoming aware of them.
• The conduct of third-party payment providers, game studios, or technology vendors whose services are integrated into the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, fyp805's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fyp805 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools and policies form part of fyp805's responsible gaming framework:

• Age Verification: fyp805 operates a strict 21+ policy. We perform age verification at registration and may request additional documentary proof at any time. Underage gambling is a serious breach of these Terms and applicable law.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a Member — fyp805 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification before the change takes effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fyp805 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via fyp805's formal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting support in writing.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body designated in fyp805's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents fyp805 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm.
